How to: Add an event.
Solution:
Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Event...'. Type the event information and choose 'OK'.
1) Select the 'Insert' menu then select 'Event...'. (The Event dialog box appears.)

2) Type the desired start date in the 'Event starts' box (or click on the down arrow to select a date using a calendar).
3) Type the desired end date in the ' and ends' box (or click on the down arrow to select a date using a calendar.)
4) Type a description for the event in the 'Description' box.
EXAMPLE: Training at corporate headquarters
5) (Optional) To set a reminder, do the following:
a) Select the 'Set Reminder' check box.
b) Type the time limit for the reminder.
NOTE: The event will appear in the schedule with a bell icon next to it in the schedule.
6) (Optional) Select the 'Private' box to make the event private.
NOTE: The event will appear in the schedule with a key icon next to it in the schedule.
7) Click 'OK'. (The event is added to the schedule.)
